Since launching our AluVaC®-series we have increased our portfolio of standard and special components continuously.
Also you should profit from our wide range of products as well as from our long-term experience of design, construction, manufacturing and cleaning of aluminum components.

According to customer requirements it is possible to specify the aluminum components and chambers with a cleaning grade (VACOM Purity Class) and/or an outgassing grade (VACOM Vacuum Class).

Standard components out of aluminumOur product range includes a variety of aluminum components. Here you can find components for KF, ISO and CF (AluVaC®) out of premium 6xxx-aluminum alloy.

Our AluVaC® products convince not only through their outstanding material properties, but also through the uniqueness of their design.

Flexibility in chamber design by using AluVaC®-technologyMachining of aluminum compared to stainless steel can be done much more time- and cost-efficiently. Through rethinking the design of vacuum chambers and components already in the process of construction, it is possible to construe complex weld assembly groups as pure machined assemblies.

  • Only machining tolerances
  • Elimination of welding tolerances
  • Extremely low natural outgassing rate of aluminum  
  • compact design / feasibility of more ports on the chamber surface
  • No warpage through low hydrogen annealing (in situ bake-out at 120°C is sufficient for aluminum)

Needless to say that all ports are compatible with common CF-knife edges out of stainless steel.
