Since launching our AluVaC®-series we have increased our portfolio of standard and special components continuously.

According to customer requirements it is possible to specify the aluminum components and chambers with a cleaning grade (VACOM Purity Class) and/or an outgassing grade (VACOM Vacuum Class).

Our product range includes a variety of aluminum components. Here you can find components for KF, ISO and CF (AluVaC®) out of premium 6xxx-aluminum alloy.
Optical components of aluminum with CF-knife edge (AluVaC® - High Precision Optics)
In the field of vacuum optics we developed the first AluVaC® products with CF-knife edge and added them to our portfolio. With AluVaC® - High Precision Optics we are offering optical precision out of aluminum. The products are especially suitable for laser-UV-VIS or wide range applications. Vacuum AluVaC® chambers – Welded- and machined-chambers out of aluminum
In addition to comprehensive consulting, we offer cleanliness suitable design and manufacturing of individual aluminum components and chambers. Our AluVaC® products convince not only through their outstanding material properties, but also through the uniqueness of their design.
Flexibility in chamber design by using AluVaC®-technology
Machining of aluminum compared to stainless steel can be done much more time- and cost-efficiently. Through rethinking the design of vacuum chambers and components already in the process of construction, it is possible to construe complex weld assembly groups as pure machined assemblies.

- Elimination of welding tolerances
- Extremely low natural outgassing rate of aluminum
- compact design / feasibility of more ports on the chamber surface
- No warpage through low hydrogen annealing (in situ bake-out at 120°C is sufficient for aluminum)
Needless to say that all ports are compatible with common CF-knife edges out of stainless steel.
